My background combines business-IT communication, digital solutions for public administrations, reporting and collaboration environments, process improvement, user adoption, training, business development and service-oriented activities.

I enjoy situations where different stakeholders need to find a common understanding: business teams, technical experts, users, management and external partners. My role is often to clarify needs, structure information, translate complexity and help move topics forward.
